Follow the procedure below to view and modify the lessons learned attributes using the General tab.

Navigate to Contracts > Lesson Learned.

At the top of the screen, in the green parameter bar, click the Contract ellipsis to select the required contract.

Click the Refresh button for screen update.

Click the Lesson Learned Register tab. The Lesson Register panel appears.

Select the Lesson ID hyperlink. The Lesson Learned Details panel appears.

Click the General tab.

Type a unique Lesson Name.

(Optional) Attach the lesson learned related document. To attach the document, perform the following:

Click the Attachment ellipsis.

Click UPLOAD and then click Choose File to select a file to upload.

Type the description of the document in the Document Description.

Click SAVE.
To view or save the attachment, click the attachment hyperlink.

(Optional) Type in the required Comment.

Click SAVE.
