You can create Service Incidents or Service Requests only if you have Smart Community Level access.

Click the Support button on the Intergraph Smart Cloud Portal home page.
If you are a Smart Community user, you will be redirected to the Smart Community page. You can create a Cloud Service incident in Smart Community

Enter the details in the boxes, and click Submit.
A support ticket is generated and an email with the details will be sent to your email address.
