You can create Service Incidents or Service Requests only if you have Smart Community Level access.

  1. Click the Support button Support_icon on the Intergraph Smart Cloud Portal home page.

    If you are a Smart Community user, you will be redirected to the Smart Community page. You can create a Cloud Service incident in Smart Community

  2. Enter the details in the boxes, and click Submit.

    A support ticket is generated and an email with the details will be sent to your email address.
