Generate an Estate Usage report - Intergraph Smart Cloud - Help - Hexagon

This report is generated on the 6th day of every month.

You can generate an Estate Usage report to get a complete list of details for a specific period of time. For example, the report includes:

• All the active and inactive users of an estate

• current state of the estate

• User name

• Company name

• Number of logins

• Last login date.

If you want to view the usage statistics for users on the Estate Usage page, click one of the following buttons in the User Usage Stats section:

• All - View all the users in the estate.

• Active (in given period) - View all the active users within the selected time period.

• Inactive (<=30 days prior to start date) - View the users who have been inactive for less than 30 days before the selected time period.

• Inactive (>30 days prior to start date) - View the users who have been inactive for more than 30 days before the selected time period.

• Inactive (never logged in) - View the users in the estate who have never logged in.

1. On the Estate Usage page, select the estate.

   By default, the date range for the report is the current month.

2. To change the range, click either Month or Range, and then select the month or date range.

3. Click Apply Filter.

   Click Clear Filter to reset the range to the current month.

4. Click Export to download the report.

• The generated report displays the estate usage according to the applied filters.

• This report displays information since the creation of the estate till the current date.

• This report displays login information for users of an estate of all Smart Cloud applications.
