When you open the NUL sheet, the Application access level selected column displays the access level to the application based on the products in the user’s estate.

When do I use the NUL sheet?

You can use the NUL sheet to add or modify user requests in the Intergraph Smart Cloud portal.

  1. In the Action box, type one of the following options:

    • ADD - Add a user in an active state.

    • ADD & HOLD - Add a user in an on-hold state.

    • ADD & LOCK-OUT - Add a user in a locked state.

    • CHANGE - Modify the scopes, products, identity provider name, and external login name of users.

    • CHANGE & LOCK-OUT - Modify the scopes, products, identity provider name, and external login name of users who will be locked out after processing.

  2. In the Forename, Middle Names, and Surname boxes, type the user’s first name, middle name (if available), and last name according to their passport.

  3. In the User’s Business Email Address box, type the user’s email address.

  4. In the User’s Contact Telephone No, type the user's telephone number in the following order: country code, area code (if applicable), city code, phone number.

    Type a single apostrophe (') if the telephone number starts with "0" or "+". For example, if the user’s telephone number is 01 234 567 8901 (where country code is 01, area code is 234, city code is 567, and phone number is 8901), then type ‘012345678901.

  5. In the User’s Organisation box, select the user’s company from the list. The organisation is displayed in the following order: Organisation (City, Country).

    If the city and country are not entered, the city and country entered in User's Primary Work Location are considered to be the location of the organisation. These values are validated with the location of the organisation in the Companies section.

  6. In the User’s Primary Work Location box, type the city and country of the user’s work location.

  7. In the User Field box, type additional details for the user. This is an optional box.

  8. In the Client Grouping box, type additional details for the user. This is an optional box.

    • If you have many users with a similar job title, you can type their job title in the User Field box and then sort the NUL sheet based on User Field.

    • If you have users belonging to different clients you can type the various values in the Client Grouping box and then sort the NUL sheet based on Client Grouping.

  9. In the Additional Comments box, type additional comments about the user.

  10. In the Citrix Sharefile Access box, select Yes (Y) if the user has access to Citrix Sharefile.

  11. In the Designated System Administrator box, select Yes to give the user access to all the products in the estate. Select No to give the user access to selected products.

    • You can select Yes only if the build type for the estate is Air-Gap Site Segregated.

    • If you select No, you must select the products that the user can access.

    • The build type is displayed in the Estate Build Type box on the NUL sheet. You can edit the build type in the View Estates dialog box in the Estates page.

  12. Select the software products that the user will be using along with the roles.

  13. In the Smart Community Level Access list, select YES if the user has Smart Community Level access.

    If a user has Smart Community Level access, they can create a service request.

  14. In the Estate Logo Upload list, select YES if the user can upload a logo for the home page of their estate in Intergraph Smart Cloud.

  15. In the SPLM Group list, select a SmartPlant License Manager (SPLM) group from the list.

  16. In the Identity Provider Name box, type the name of the identity provider if the user logs in using credentials from an external identity provider. This external logon is sent to the user as part of the Welcome email and is used for logging on to Intergraph Smart Cloud.

  17. In the External Login Name box, type the external logon name that is used to log on to Intergraph Smart Cloud.
