You can access all of the applications without having to install them on the local computer. A Citrix receiver client must be installed on a local computer for it to access the Smart applications. Citrix is a server-based system that allows you to open applications and Windows desktop sessions in a terminal-like environment while all of the processing is done on the server.
In order to access the service, the following is required:

User's IT system environment must support the Citrix Receiver Client and should be installed to access the Smart applications.

An authorized named user login for each estate.
