Help
  1. Click the Estate ID on the Estates page.

  2. Click View Contacts in the View Estate dialog box.

  3. Click Edit in the View Contacts dialog box.

  4. Click Add Contact and select one or more contacts from the list.

    • You can only add contacts from your company and associated companies.

    • When you add a contact, you can view the contact name, email address, and contact company.

  5. Select one of the following from the Internal Commercial Contact, Internal Technical Contact, External Commercial Contact, and External Technical Contact lists:

    • To set the user as a primary contact, select Primary.

    • To set the user as a secondary contact, select Secondary.

    • To set the user as none of the above contacts, select No.

  6. Select any of the given options for the contacts.

    Option

    Description

    Trainer

    Sets the user as a trainer. The welcome and password emails that are pending for the user are sent only to the trainer. The trainer should then send these emails to users.

    Authorize SPLM

    The user can authorize licenses for all the users in the estate.

    Authorize CRs

    The user can authorize any change requests that the estates require.

    Authorize NULs

    The user can authorize adding new users or any modifications to the users of the estate.

    Receive NULs

    The user can receive NUL case details and the user onboarding status.

    Receive User Emails

    The user can receive emails when a new user is added to the estate.

    Receive Financial Reports

    The user can receive financial reports.

    Receive Technical Reports

    The user can receive technical reports.

    Planned Outages Notifications

    The user can receive notification of planned outages.

    Emergency Outages Notifications

    The user can receive notification of emergency outages.

    Service Info

    The user can receive service information.

  7. Select or clear the required permissions, and click Save.

You can edit contacts only if you are an estate admin company or designated estate admin company CA.
