You will be given advance notice of planned maintenance in the Maintenance section. During maintenance, you can see the maintenance details on the login page for both SaaS and non-SaaS applications. Your login will be restricted until maintenance is completed.

Notification mails are sent one week and 2 days prior to the due date of maintenance.

Notification on the application is shown on the application 20 minutes before the actual maintenance starts.
You can click Maintenance to view all of the maintenance plans.
You will be notified 20 minutes before the maintenance and then you will be logged out immediately after 20 minutes.
Any maintenance plan that does not have one weeks' advance notice is considered an
emergency maintenance.
