After a user logs on using SBCS, the project dependent licenses are still validated similar to the previous licensing feature.
With a project dependent license, you can specify the maximum number of licenses that a project can use for the selected license module. The project dependent licenses are defined in the Project Licenses block on A.30.04 License Modules/Menus, as shown below.
While ISL seats are not necessarily specific to a database, as the project dependent licenses have no relation to ISL, they are counted with respect to the database where those limits are defined.
Restricting license to projects might not work with all Smart Materials applications,
because not in all cases the project is known when the license is drawn.
