Select View > Zoom Window Command. You can also select Zoom Window
on the View toolbar.

In the Graphics window, select a start point and drag to an end point in the active view to fence the area to enlarge.

Release the mouse button.
When you release the mouse on the end point, the graphic view updates to show the selected area.

Select Fit View
to view all objects in the Graphics window again.

You cannot use this command on models in the 3D View window.
