If you have imported the site from a previous version of SmartPlant Foundation, SPO Operating Plant must be reconfigured.

You must recycle the application pools for your site after any configuration using Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager to avoid database connection errors.
You can use the following steps to configure a SmartPlant Foundation site for SPO Operating Plant:

In SmartPlant Foundation Server Manager, expand the SmartPlant Foundation Sites node.

On the selected site, right-click SPO Operating Plant > Configure site. To enable the configuration, set the following property:

Is SPO Operating Plant configured? to Yes.
