Window > Text
Turns on or off the Text window. Use the Text window to see information for selected objects such as text annotations, comments, measurements, volume annotations, property labels, and attachments.
Append Mode
Toggles on and off the ability to attach information in the Text window. By default, the software refreshes the contents of the Text window each time you perform an action such as select a different object or take a measurement. When you select Append Mode, the software adds the information in the Text window so that you get a running list of performed operations. The example below shows Append Mode enabled when reviewing comments.

Copy
Copies the selected contents in the Text window to the Clipboard. You can also use the Edit > Copy command or Ctrl + C.
Clear
Removes the selected contents in the Text window.
Clear All
Removes all of the Text window contents.
If you unintentionally remove content for a selected object using Clear or Clear All, you can get the content display back by selecting another object and then going
back to the object. Text window edits are not persisted from one selection to the
next.
Select All
Selects all the Text window contents. You can also use Ctrl+A.
Save
Saves the selected contents to an .rtf or .txt file. Enter the name and location for the file.

Available Actions
You can click on any valid hyperlink in the Text window to access a website, open a specific document, and start an application such as MS Outlook. Any property labels containing hyperlinks also display.
Select the text, hyperlink, and thumbnail image in the Text window, and then right-click to copy the selection. You can paste the selection into a separate document.
You can change the font size and style in the Text window by changing the Windows system font setting.
The software updates the thumbnail image each time you go to or recall a comment to show the most current view. Any changes in display settings such as background colors or wireframing are reflected in the thumbnail image. The thumbnail image does not get refreshed when you are just scrolling through the comment rows in the Comment Reviewer.
The Text view (Window > Text) lists the object data hierarchy (if any) from the bottom-up while the Properties dialog box switches to a top-down presentation after the base data is listed.
