This feature allows the SmartPlant Electrical administrator to clear the database table that stores the tracking of the changes made in a plant. It is possible to clear all the changes or just the changes that were made during a particular time period. It is also possible to clear the data for a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users.

  1. On the Options Manager menu bar, select Tools > Clear Audit Trail Log File.

  2. On the Clear Audit Trail Log File dialog, select a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users for whom you want to clear the audit trail.

  3. Set a time period filter to partially clear the audit trail.

    OR

    Select the Clear all audit trail check box to clear all the existing audit trail for SmartPlant Electrical.

  4. Select OK.
