This feature allows the SmartPlant Electrical administrator to clear the database table that stores the tracking of the changes made in a plant. It is possible to clear all the changes or just the changes that were made during a particular time period. It is also possible to clear the data for a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users.

On the Options Manager menu bar, select Tools > Clear Audit Trail Log File.

On the Clear Audit Trail Log File dialog, select a specific SmartPlant Electrical user or all the users for whom you want to clear the audit trail.

Set a time period filter to partially clear the audit trail.
OR
Select the Clear all audit trail check box to clear all the existing audit trail for SmartPlant Electrical.

Select OK.
