This procedure shows you how to delete a linear pattern.

Select Options > Item Type Symbology > Linear Patterns.

On the Linear Patterns dialog, select the pattern you want to delete.
If you want to delete more than one pattern, you must do so one at a time.

Select Delete. If a style is in use, it cannot be deleted.
