You use the following procedure to manually clear the locking of one or more documents. Locking can occur when a document that you are trying to open is in use by another user. In this case, the software opens the document in Read-Only mode. Also, locking can occur due to a power outage or if the software stopped responding due to some unpredictable problem.

On the Options Manager main menu, select Tools > Clear Document Locking.

On the Clear Document Locking dialog, select in the check boxes to select the drawings that you want to unlock. You can select as many drawings that you require or select the check box in the header row to select all the drawings.

Select Apply.

Select Close when done.
