This dialog allows you to import ETAP library cables from an .mdb file created in ETAP for exporting ETAP project library cables.
ETAP cable library location
Allows you to specify the file path of the .mdb file created in ETAP when exporting
ETAP library cables. Select 
and navigate to the appropriate .mdb file in your reference data.
After you specify an appropriate .mdb file, the software displays a list of ETAP
library cables that are available in the selected .mdb file.
Cable details
This data window displays a list of ETAP library cables that are available in the selected .mdb file. The list becomes available after selecting an ETAP library in the ETAP cable library location box.
Select
Allows you to select the ETAP library cables that you want to import.
Cable Conductor
Displays the conductor value of the ETAP cables.
Size
Displays the size of the ETAP cables.
Rated kV
Displays the rated kV value of the ETAP cables.
Source Name
Displays the source name of the ETAP cables.
Make sure that before you start the import process, all the source names of the ETAP
library cables that you want to import have been added to the Source name select list in the Data Dictionary.
Cable Specification
Displays the cable specifications that you select for the ETAP cables.
You must specify an appropriate cable specification for each ETAP library cable before
you import the cables to SmartPlant Electrical. To do so, highlight the cables you
require and select Update Cable Specification.
Update Cable Specification
Opens the Cable Specification dialog that allows you to select an appropriate cable specification.
OK
Starts the import process.
Cancel
Closes the Import ETAP Library Cables dialog without importing any cables.
