You use this dialog to manually clear the locking of one or more documents. Locking can occur when a document that you are trying to open is in use by another user. In this case, the software opens the document in Read-Only mode. Also, locking can occur due to a power outage or if the software stopped responding due to some unpredictable problem.
To access this dialog, on the Options Manager menu bar, select Tools > Clear Document Locking.
Check Box (in the header row)
Allows you to select all the documents displayed in the grid below.
Check Box
Allows you to select a document to clear the locking.
Document Name
Displays the name of the locked document.
Document Description
Displays the description of the locked document.
Locked By
Displays the name of the user who locked the document.
Machine Name
Displays the name of the computer that holds the locked document.
Apply
Clears the locking of all the selected drawings.
