In EcoSys, many popup windows are not really popups. However, some (screen layout New Window regions and Export dialogs for example) are considered pop-up windows to the browser.
To ensure that EcoSys can create popup windows, either select Allow all sites to show pop-ups or add the EcoSys application link as an exception to the popup blocker. You can access Content Settings from Chrome > Settings > Show Advanced Settings > Privacy.
