Controls the requirement to use a specification in P&ID drawings.
Default value: 0
Allowed values:

When set to 0, the software does not require a specification to insert a P&ID symbol.

When set to 1, the software requires a specification to insert P&ID symbols.

When set to 2, the software requires a specification and a program code defined in the Flow_alt.dat file to insert P&ID symbols.
