The sample near miss IndustraForm includes all of the information for categorizing and capturing a Near Miss. To open the IndustraForm, click the Near Miss Report tab. This tab title can vary depending on how the IndustraForm is configured in the Incident IndustraForms configuration module. The image below shows the default sample Near Miss IndustraForm supplied with the application.
The text in the Description of Near Miss box is read-only. The text in this box matches the description entered in the Summary box on the Detail tab.
