To enable secure communication with your Web Client site, perform the following:

  1. Setup HTTPS/SSL for the SmartPlant Foundation site.

    For detailed procedures, see Set up HTTPS.

  2. When you create your Web Client site, use HTTPS and fully qualified domain names for the site.

    If your site has already been created without HTTPS, manually edit all URLs in the site properties to include HTTPS.

  3. If using Brava Server for viewing, be sure you have a Brava Server that is configured for HTTPS.
