From the tree, expand the hierarchy to select the tag or strip for which you want to retrieve documents. The available documents appear below the expanded item.

Drill down the hierarchy to the document you require, which is at lowest available level. The document can be a report or a report option such as a specific sheet of a multi-sheet instrument specification, CAD drawing, or hook-up drawing.

From the reports or report options that appear in the right pane, click the required option to retrieve the available document and display the print preview.

The disabled options in the Tags for Loop shortcut window represent unavailable document types.

If you have associated an instrument specification comprising more than one sheet, clicking Specifications opens the Sheets section where you can click the sheet that you want to open.

If you have associated a CAD drawing consisting of several sheets, clicking Loop Drawings opens the Drawings section where you can click the CAD drawing sheet that you want to open.

If you have associated more than one hook-up drawing with the tag number, clicking Hook-Ups opens the Hook-Up Name section where you can click the hook-up drawing that you want to open.

Clicking Other opens an external CAD drawing associated with the tag number. If you have associated more than one external CAD drawing with the tag number, clicking Other opens the Drawings section where you can click the external CAD drawing that you want to open.
