Description:

The CAN_SIGN_SUBMIT_BID procedure can be used to add own pre-condition checks for finalizing or signing and submitting a quote in Smart Materials Portal. The CIP returns an indicator value and a message, and it enables or disables the button. The message is displayed when you open the Bid Summary & Submit screen.

The possible indicator return values are:

• W – Warning. The Warning icon is displayed with the corresponding message, and the Finalize Quote or Sign and Submit button is disabled.

• I – Information. The Information icon is displayed with the corresponding message, and the Finalize Quote or Sign and Submit button is enabled.

• S – Submit. No message is displayed, and the Finalize Quote or Sign and Submit button is enabled.
