The Redo Markup command allows you to perform again the last action you canceled with the Undo Markup command.
This command is available only after you have activated a markup layer and canceled an action with the Undo Markup command.
As only the last action you performed can be canceled with the Undo Markup command, that command name toggles between Undo Markup and Redo Markup.
