The Filled Ellipse command draws and shades an ellipse in the active markup layer. Click and drag to
draw an ellipse with the dimensions you want. This command is also available from
the Draw submenu on the Markup menu.
This command is available only when one or more markup layers are displayed in the Detail File Viewer window.
