Sets options regarding the appearance of the Mini Overview window, such as the window dimensions and the color of the rectangle that illustrates the area displayed in the Detail File Viewer window.
Color - Displays the color of the rectangle that will appear over the image, indicating the piece of the image currently displayed in the Detail File Viewer window. This option can also be changed on the Mini Overview window.
Width - Specify the size of the Mini Overview window from left to right in pixels.
Height - Specify the size of the Mini Overview window from top to bottom in pixels.
Always on top - Indicates whether the Mini Overview window, when active, will always sit on top
of the Detail File Viewer window. To hide the Mini Overview window, you must click
Close (X). This option can also be changed on the Mini Overview window by clicking
Always on Top 
in the Mini Overview window toolbar. If this option is not selected, click in the display to minimize
the Mini Overview window.
