Allows you to group elements in an active markup layer by combining them so you can work with them as though they were a single element.
By grouping elements, you can copy or move all elements in a group as a single unit. You can also change the attributes of all elements in a group at one time - for example, you might change the element color for all objects in the group.
This command is available only when you select one or more markup elements.
