The Copy Element command copies a selected element or elements from the active markup layer.
The highlighted element is immediately placed in the follow- mouse-cursor mode so that you can move it around the window and identify the new copy location. The follow-mouse-cursor mode is different from drag-and-drop mode in that you do not have to hold down the left mouse button while moving the mouse.
This command is also available from the Markup menu.
This command is available only when one or more markup elements have been selected.
