Error Message
No printers available - check with your administrator.
Possible Cause
This error could occur when batch printing files from the Desktop Client. The administrator must ensure that the logged on user belongs to an organization related to the printer group used to print.
Solution
Change the organization the user belongs to:

In the Desktop Client, click Find > Administration > User.

Right-click on the user name and click Update.

Select an organization to which the printer group is related from the Organization drop-down menu under User details.

Click Finish.
