Solution
Determine whether the catalog or the configuration file is wrong. You need to know if the requested format is the result of a missing bulk load. If so, refer to the content team to determine whether you are also missing customizations that add new output formats.
If a missing bulk load is not the issue, edit the configuration file to match the user catalog. Locate the reported invalid DATAFORMAT (in the example error message above, CMfgPlateOutputCmd_Annotation2). Replace the invalid DATAFORMAT with a valid format that generates the expected output data.
