Click Hole Cut and Fitting
on the vertical toolbar.

Select a hole trace.

Clear the By rule box.

Select More in the Fitting Type field.

Select a catalog fitting in the Part Browser.

Click OK.

Select a parent system in the Parent field.

Click Finish.
