Assign Warehouses to User - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 2020 (10.0) - Training - Hexagon

Purpose

This section explains how to assign the site warehouses to Smart Materials users to allow them to access the warehouse for material receiving and issuing.

Exercise

1. Open the Warehouses to Users screen from the Home > Site > Setup > Warehouses to Users.

2. By default, the Logged in user and the warehouses assigned to this user will be displayed.

3. Click on Show All Users , to view the Warehouses assigned to other users.

4. Click Show Logged in User , to view the Warehouses assigned to Logged in User.

5. Click in the Seq field in the second block.

6. Click Add Row in the Warehouses grid, to add a new warehouse.

7. Enter the 1 in the Seq field.

8. Click the LOV in the Warehouse field. Select a Warehouse from the Warehouse window opened and click Fill In .

   

9. Click on ‘Site’ in the Navigation bar, to navigate to the Site Menu.
