Manage Companies - Intergraph Smart Materials - Version 2020 (10.0) - Help - Hexagon

Companies must be set up to be used later in other Smart Materials modules. For example, companies are assigned to requisitions as potential bidders, assigned to inquiries as bidders or to agreements as suppliers, and in the Site module companies are used for materials issue to subcontractors.

You can access supplier's performance during previous projects, define and assign criteria for selecting suppliers based on predetermined qualifications and past performance, and maintain supplier history/details/products and vendor history/ratings.
