When in the SAP Software Download Center:

Select the search bar at the top, where it says Enter search term.

Enter SAPCAR as the search term.

Download the SAPCAR exe that matches your operating system and make sure to download the 32bit version. For Windows, this is SAPCAR_721-20010451.EXE.

Return to the Search for Software Downloads screen.

Enter NWRFC as the search term.

Download the NWRFC .SAR file that matches your operating system and make sure to download the 32bit version. For Windows, this is NWRFC_42-20004566.SAR.
