Select a model database in the Project Management tree.

Click Database > Maintenance Command to open the Database Maintenance Dialog.

Select Delete temporary symbol variations (flavors) in database and Delete database objects that users have deleted from model.

Click Analyze to open the Analyze Database Window, which displays the number of deleted database objects and temporary flavors found in the selected database.

Click Close, and then click OK.

Click Yes, acknowledging that the process might take some time to complete.

Under Index optimization, select Rebuilt selected indexes.
The software lists the database tables with index fragmentation.

Select the database tables to rebuild, and then click OK.
The software displays a warning prompting you to verify that no users are connected to the databases.

After confirming that all users are disconnected, click Yes.

When processing completes, click Cancel to close the dialog.

If the analysis reports that there are still existing flavors in the database, repeat steps 4-6.
