Tables are specified on the A.50.02 Tables screen.

In the first (Table Types) block, select the GEOM_S4012 type from the drop-down list in the Type field.

In the second (Table Names) block, enter the table name (FLG-ASSEMB) in the Name field and the table descriptions in the Short Desc and Description fields.

To define the table structure, you must assign attributes to the table on the A.50.03 Tables/Attributes screen.

In the first (Table Names) block, select the table name you have defined on A.50.02.

In the second (Attributes) block, you assign pre-defined attributes to the table to specify the table structure of the geometric. To assign attributes, select the attribute name from the LOV in the Attr Name field. In the Physical Attribute field, select the column name of the physical table from the LOV. For the table types GEOM_Sxxxx, the physical attributes GD.IN1-5 and GD.OUT1-15 are available for selection. These physical attributes represent the columns INPUT_1 to INPUT_5 and OUTPUT_1 to OUTPUT_15 of the table M_GEOM_DETAILS.

Select the kind of attribute from the drop-down list in the Kind of Attribute field. The available values are:

  • 1. Nominal Size

  • 2. Nominal Size

  • 1. Schedule

  • 2. Schedule

  • Nominal Pressure

  • Size Range From

  • Size Range To

  • Bolt Diameter

  • Bolt Length

  • Others

  • Thickness

The Data Type, Form Width, Precision, Unit, and Required fields are populated from the selected attribute.

SHARED Tip Instead of inserting the attributes one by one as previously described, you can click the Copy Attributes from Object Param. button to copy all attributes of a selected object parameter to the table. If you click the button, an LOV opens that shows all object parameters defined on S.10.04.

Select the object parameter you want to copy, and click OK. The software inserts all attributes of the object parameter in the Attributes block. You must only check and adjust the physical attributes.
