You can activate part access control functionality for a selected discipline and assigned projects in the Access Right By Part section.

From the Home page, select Administration > Global Setup > Disciplines.

Select a discipline from the Discipline section.

Click Add Row in the Access Right by Part section and select a project from the list.

Select Yes from the Access Right by Part list to enable access right by part for the selected discipline and project.
Alternatively, click Insert All Projects to assign the selected discipline to all the projects.
