Verify you created all the required load files using the SANTA. Also verify the correct
version of SPF is installed. The correct current version is 10.00.05.xxxx.
Go to the installation folder to see the delivered xmlldrs in "\SmartPlant\SPX\Project Execution\STs\SmartPlant Project Execution (SPO_ProjExec)". A total of four xmlldrs files named as SCHEMA, ADMIN, DATA & WORKFLOW are delivered in the installation folder.
To load the SPO Project Execution solution, follow the steps below:

Open the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.
To load the Schema and Admin files, there is no need to set the scope.

Open the Loader, by clicking File > Loader.

Navigate to the installation path SPX\Project Execution\STs\SPO Project Execution (SPO_ProjExec) and select 001 - SPOPE_SCHEMA_ALL.xmlldrs.

Click Process and wait until the loading is finished.
The green color indicates the process has finished successfully.

Repeat the above steps to load the following file: 002 - SPOPE_ADMIN_ALL.xmlldrs.

Close the Loader dialog box.

To load the Data and Workflow files, set the scope to the required plant [plant A] and click OK.

Open the Loader by clicking File > Loader.

Navigate to the installation path SPX\Project Execution\STs\SPO Project Execution (SPO_ProjExec) and select 003 - SPOPE_DATA_ALL.xmlldrs.

Follow the above steps (5 & 6) to load the following file: 003 - SPOPE_DATA_ALL.xmlldr & 004 - SPOPE_WORKFLOW_ALL.xmlldrs.

Close the SmartPlant Foundation Desktop Client.

Reset the IIS (Start > Run > iisreset) and reopen Desktop Client.
