On the Users with Alerts tab of the A.60.11 Early Warning Setup screen, alerts assigned to a role are shown for each user. Depending on the SHOW ALL ALERTS privilege, you see either alerts for all roles and users or only the alerts assigned to your current login role. You can de-activate alerts by clearing the Active check box.
In the first (User/Role) block, the users are displayed with their user name, first name, last name, and the role.
The early warning alerts assigned to the role are displayed in the second (Early Warning Alerts) block, with the alert name in the Alert Code field and the description in the Alert Description field. The Active indicator shows whether the alert is activated for the selected user. To de-activate an alert, clear the check box.
