Setting of item shipment's promised contract date on CO approval
If ZP_PROMCTR is set to N (New), the promised contract date is not overwritten on CO approval; the CO value is kept (this applies only to item shipments having a release note quantity).
If ZP_PROMCTR is set to O (Old, default value), the promised contract date of the previous supplement is kept (this applies only to item shipments having a release note quantity).
