The project default controls if only issued change order requests (CORs) are available to subcontractors in the Portal. If ZP_COR_ISD is set to N (this is the default) and a COR is created on the SM.40.02 Change Order Requests screen, the COR is immediately visible in the Portal on the Subcontracts screen. If ZP_COR_ISD is set to Y, the COR must be issued to make it available for the subcontractor in the Portal.
