Enforce complex password containing letters, numbers, and special characters.
This DBA setting can be set to Y or N. When it is set to Y, the software will force the user to use a complex password when entering a password. A complex password must contain letters, numbers, and special characters.
It is recommended to set USER_PW_CASE_SENSITIVE to Y if password complexity is required (DBA setting USER_COMPLEX_PW is set to Y, or Complex Password is set to Yes for the user). This avoids problems when changing password using upper and lower case letters.
