When a project is created in Smart Build Insight, only one or two people are part of it. As a project goes on, more people are added. These people, or users, are assigned to a role. What each person can do in a project is determined by the permissions selected for their role.
We recommend that you review existing users and their assigned roles before making changes.
First, look at which people are assigned to which roles
-
On the left bar, click Administrator Settings > Project users.
-
Select a project to see which users are assigned to which roles.
Then, look at what permissions a role has
-
On the left bar, click Administrator Settings > Permissions.
-
Expand a role group and select a role.
-
Expand a permissions group to see which permissions in the group that the role has.
