When a shift handover has been completed, the shift report is automatically exported to PDF and emailed to the interested stakeholders.
The shift report PDF can be viewed by anyone who has access to the shift report area. For example, this shift report was completed in the Power Generation area, users who have access to the Power Generation area can view the shift report PDF.
To view the shift report PDF from within the shift report, select 
on the shift report header bar.
The shift report PDF can be accessed from the Shift Handover list view too. Complete and Not Approved entries have a shift report PDF attached. To display the Complete and Not Approved entries, select Clear Filters or use the Status filter option list.
To open a shift report PDF, select 
in the Shift Report column.
