Work notifications can be setup after the SAP assets have been imported and the functional locations and operational areas have been mapped.
To create a work notification:

Open the Work Notifications module (Maintenance > Work Notifications).

Select Add

Select the relevant operations areas and equipment, and enter a description for the notification.

Select Save
. The work notification IndustraForm appears displaying the selected and entered information.

Select and enter any additional information for the notification, such as its work order number, its notification type, and priority.

Select Submit. This saves the work notification details, but doesn't send the information to SAP.

Select Submit Notification on the list view to send the details to SAP. The information is sent to SAP immediately.
