Permits are created via the logbook Details view and edited using the configurable IndustraForm. You will need to fill out the Permit Type, a Description of work to be done, and also the Valid From and Valid Until dates that control the period of time this permit is being issued for. See the "Adding a Permit" screenshot below for more details, and the Permit Fields table for a complete list of fields and their descriptions.

The status of the Permit, as it progresses through the IndustraForm. |
Email Notification |
Allows a user to send an email to selected email addresses to bring the Permit to their attention. |
Prepared By |
The person who initially prepared this Permit. |
Attachments |
Any documents relevant to the permit attached by users. |
Related Permits |
Any Permits nearby that a user has indicated are related and should be taken into consideration. |
After the Permit has been added, the IndustraForm used for the Permit is populated with the data entered.
