To attach a file to an entry, select Attach to open the Attachments option list.

• Photo opens the camera application.

• Video opens the camera application in recording mode. Videos can be up to 30 seconds long.

• Audio opens an audio recording dialog.

• File opens the file browser to upload existing files. This is not available on iOS devices.

• Camera Roll opens the camera roll to upload existing photos. This is only available on iOS devices.

• You can't attach files that are bigger than 100MB.

• If your j5 System has virus scanning enabled, files with viruses aren't uploaded. Additionally, prohibited file types (exe, dll, and files with no extensions) aren't uploaded.

Delete an attachment

1. Select [...]. The Manage attachments screen opens.

2. Select the checkbox next to the attachments you want to delete.

3. Select DELETE SELECTED. All the selected attachments are deleted.
