The home screen displays the action bar at the top of the screen with the available
application tiles below. Sign out 
, your username, and Settings 
are displayed in the action bar.
All the entries that meet the date range and status criteria automatically download onto the mobile device after signing in. The sync status of the j5 applications is displayed on the Sync tile. After the initial sync (after signing in), the applications automatically sync every 10 minutes when j5 Mobile is online. To manually sync the j5 application data (for example, if you want to upload or download data from the j5 server immediately), select the Sync tile.
Each application tile shows the number of relevant entries.
The application tile numbers mean the following for each application:

Operations Logbook - The number of New operations logbook entries created over the course of your shift or the current calendar day.

Operator Rounds - The number of Incomplete operator rounds that have been scheduled for completion in your shift or the current calendar day.

Work Instructions - The number of Incomplete work instructions that have been scheduled for completion in your shift or the current calendar day.

Standing Orders - The number of standing orders that you need to acknowledge.
These numbers are calculated according to entries available to your user profile. If your user profile has been assigned a shift, the numbers are calculated using your assigned shift’s details. If your user profile has not been assigned a shift, the numbers are calculated for the current calendar day.
