By default, all of the user rights groups can create a management of change request.

To create a management of change entry:

  1. Click New Entry ADDicon to create an entry on the default form or if the change request's category has its own ADDicon button, click ADDicon next to the category.

  2. Complete the required fields in the Initiation section. The required fields in the supplied j5 IndustraForm template are the affected Location, Category (this field is automatically populated with the category information if you clicked a category ADDicon button), Description, and the Expected Completion Date.

  3. Click Save.

  4. When you are satisfied that the details describe the desired change clearly, click Submit.

The users assigned to the work flow roles for the IndustraForm, determines how your change request progresses.
