Sign in to the j5 Server.

Open the j5 System Management Console.

Select the Server Settings folder in the left pane.

Add the j5 Service Username as configured in the Active Directory.
Format: ServiceAccount@FullDomainName (for example, j5-application-dev@full.domain.name.com)
The Active Directory Kerberos delegation must be configured using either a service
user or via the host. When using the host for the delegation, setting a j5 service
user that hasn't been configured for delegation might prevent Kerberos from working.

Select Save & Verify in the right pane. Wait until the validation is complete.
