In the case of a support issue, j5 Support will often request access to certain log files and other files from the system, which are useful in diagnostics. This page automates the process of collecting these files so that they can easily be sent to j5 support.

When requested by j5 Support, please sign in to j5 as the system administrator, select the Server Admin -> Debug -> Support Files page, and choose the requested option.

j5 Support will generally request All j5 Support Files, but the other options are useful from time to time. Your browser will then download a file named something like j5_supportfull-201705151246.tar.gz. Please send this file to the j5 Support team to aid their diagnostics and resolution of your support issue.

Sometimes the file is bigger than what your email server allows for attachments, so you might need to work out an alternative sharing mechanism.
